Impact of Negative Perfectionism on Procrastination and Job Burnout among Public Sector Employees: Role of Stress as Mediator

چکیده

This study examined the mediating role of stress in relationship between perfectionism, procrastination and job burnout among employees. The data was collected from 243 employees public sector organizations sample included workers who were working office setting environment including, bankers, managers, software engineers, administrators call centers. To collect a consent form used to get voluntary responses, other instruments demographic sheet, Negative Perfectionism Scale (NPS), Procrastination at Work (PAWS), Oldenburg inventory (OLBI) Stress subscale DASS-21. results showed that there is significant positive perfectionism procrastination, burnout. In addition, However, t-test analysis difference level found both genders. Findings current suggests significantly associated with burnout, variables.
